Venditti Square, Queens, Make Music New York, Myrtle Avenue and Woodbine Street, Queens, NY
On Sunday, June 21, at 4 p.m., I'll be playing a rare solo keyboard set in Venditti Square in the Ridgewood neighborhood of Queens. The event is part of Make Music New York, the annual summer solstice program of free concerts in the five boroughs of New York City.
Venditti Square is on the L and M trains, very convenient to the Myrtle Wyckoff station.
I hope you'll come out this Sunday afternoon to enjoy the free outdoor music. The music starts at 1:30 with the funk band Hive, then singer-songwriter Eric Contractor at 2:45, then yours truly, Jim Duffy, at 4 p.m., and to close out the afternoon, the band Everpulse.
